Soft Washing
At Cleanaholics we understand that no homes are built exactly the same, for that reason we are prepared for everything. We offer a safe method for those more delicate homes which is soft washing. Soft washing is a cleaning method were we use a special cleaning solution that helps lift off all the grime, mold and dirt off the exterior surfaces of your home making it easy and safe for us to rinse down the house with significantly less pressure than traditional pressure washing.
A soft wash targets organic materials like cobwebs, algae, and green growth on siding and around the house. However, it does not address non-organic stains such as old paint, rust, or oxidation on the siding. To Avoid oxidation on your vinyl siding or any damage at all, we recommend you wash the exterior of your house at least once a year.
